Each course is crafted as an expression of the chakras, from root to crown — a journey through the harvest, the soil, the bloom, and the infinite. Rooted soups, golden squash, bold prairie bison, blooming greens, and beets unfold one by one, each paired with guided meditation to awaken presence and connection. Chakra-inspired pairings have been thoughtfully created by Adrian Boudreau of Breakthru Beverage Canada and our very own Kayla Campbell, adding another layer of energy and artistry to the evening.Seating will be arranged at a communal long table, designed to hold the energy of the room together — fostering connection, balance, and shared intention.
