We HIGHLY recommend making a reservation for your dining experience at our restaurant on weekends when we experience our peak time. Unfortunately, due to the high demand on weekends, walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a table. 

We allow a maximum of 8 guests per reservation online. For reservations over 8 guests, please call us or email us at hello@brewandbloom.ca to reserve. 

We have a 10-minute grace period for all reservations. Please text us at 780-707- 0827 if you are running late for your reservation. If you arrive after your 10-minute grace period, your table may no longer be available.

Retail Returns/Refunds

Retail products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
Excluded from this policy are perishable and intimate items (such as masks, underwear, socks, headwear, and sleepwear), as well as food, beverage, and jewelry, which are considered final sale.
Please note that retail products purchased from our vendors are not eligible for in-store credit or exchange. If you encounter any issues with such products, please contact the vendor directly for assistance. Brew + Bloom reserves the right to refuse in-store exchanges or store credit at its discretion.
